You people are really stressed.........like me (^_^)......in a way at least and whats good for stress is walks,sleep,reading,watching tv(unless its your favorite show and your favorite character dies),talking to a loved one,petting a cat,or my favorite watching the clouds in your front or backyard(unless you live in an appartment then its in your balconey).

To be honest, I just never really liked Zen all that much. And he is power hungry. Theres no denying that.

Still stress bottles up and if you hold it in it will totally destroy you.

I do that sometimes but its easyer to let out anger and stress with Kendo. You know, because you can cut stuff in half.

Yeah, if you think like that you are. If you think that your strong, and truely beleive it, the you will be strong. But whatever you think works best for you, I guess.
